Major debut solo exhibition in New York presenting twelve new stone and bronze sculptures across three thematic chambers.
Twelve new works in stone, marble, and bronze arranged across three thematic chambers at Hauser & Wirth Chelsea. Curated by Dr. Eleanor Voss. Acclaimed by ArtForum and The Art Newspaper as "the most significant debut by an Australian artist in New York this decade."
Solo Exhibition — CACTUS: A Study of Resilience

Largest Australian solo exhibition to date, featuring monumental stone sculptures inspired by desert flora.

Outdoor Exhibition — Monumental Stone Forms
Yorkshire Sculpture Park · Wakefield, United Kingdom
Six-month outdoor exhibition of seven monumental stone sculptures sited across the historic Yorkshire parkland.
Seven large-scale works in British stone positioned across 500 acres of parkland. Standing Stone was acquired for the permanent collection, joining works by Henry Moore and Barbara Hepworth. Curated by Clare Lilley, supported by Arts Council England and the Henry Moore Foundation.
Solo Exhibition — Silence Has Shape

A major solo exhibition featuring twelve new stone sculptures exploring the relationship between figurative form and geometric abstraction. The exhibition attracted over 15,000 visitors and received critical acclaim, with works acquired by three private collectors and one public institution.
- Presented twelve new works spanning figurative busts, abstract forms, and a site-specific installation commissioned for the gallery's central atrium.
- Accompanied by an artist talk series and a published catalogue with essays by Dr. Sarah Chen and curator Marcus Healy.

Permanent monumental stone sculpture commissioned for the entrance of a major corporate headquarters.
Commission for a 180cm Portland stone head installed at the entrance of a Canary Wharf corporate headquarters. The sculpture creates a powerful first encounter — a guardian figure that watches over the threshold between public and private space.
Public Installation — Monolith I
Perth Cultural Centre · Perth, Australia
Permanent monumental black granite sculpture installed in the Perth Cultural Centre forecourt.
A towering 2.5-metre black granite form with carved undulations referencing geological strata. Commissioned by the Perth Cultural Centre as a permanent landmark for the arts precinct. The monolith anchors the forecourt, providing a focal point for the surrounding galleries and performing arts venues.
Group Exhibition — Beyond Matter
Museum of Contemporary Sculpture · Brussels, Belgium
Invited to present four works in a group exhibition alongside seven internationally recognised sculptors. The exhibition explored material transcendence — how physical objects evoke immaterial experiences. Featured 'Erosion Study' series and 'Passage', a site-specific marble commission.
- Presented Erosion Study I–III (limestone series) and Passage (Carrara marble, 95cm).
- Participated in the symposium panel "Material Thinking in Contemporary Sculpture" alongside Anish Kapoor and Rachel Whiteread.
- Passage was subsequently acquired by the museum for its permanent collection.
Artist in Residence
Carrara Marble Symposium · Carrara, Italy
A four-month residency in the historic marble quarries of Carrara, working alongside international sculptors. Completed three large-scale marble works and developed new techniques for integrating raw quarry surfaces with polished carved forms.
- Worked with Statuario and Bianco Carrara marble sourced directly from local quarries.
- Completed Meridian (1.2m), Untitled Fragment VII (80cm), and Passage (95cm) during the residency.
- Participated in cross-cultural exchange with sculptors from Japan, Brazil, and Norway.
- The residency culminated in a public open-studio event attended by over 2,000 visitors.
Sculpture by the Sea — Invited Artist
Sculpture by the Sea · Cottesloe Beach, Perth, Australia
Selected as invited artist for Australia's premier outdoor sculpture exhibition at Cottesloe Beach, Perth.
Presented Horizon Study — a two-metre red sandstone form installed on the Cottesloe foreshore. The work engaged with the horizon line where ocean meets sky, creating a dialogue between carved stone and the natural seascape. Over 200,000 visitors during the exhibition's run.

Carrara Marble Masterclass, Accademia di Belle Arti di Carrara
Advanced masterclass in marble carving at the historic academy in the heart of Italy's marble quarrying region.
Intensive summer programme focused on advanced marble carving techniques at the historic Accademia in Carrara, Tuscany. Included quarry visits to the Statuario and Bianco deposits, work with master carvers from the Henraux studio, and completion of a marble bust in the classical tradition. This experience deepened the understanding of marble as a material with its own agency and character.

MA Sculpture
Graduated with Distinction. Thesis project Geologies of Memory — a series of seven limestone heads exploring erosion as metaphor for forgetting — was exhibited at the RCA Degree Show and subsequently acquired by the Saatchi Collection. Studied under Professor Richard Deacon and visiting sculptor Emily Young.
Bachelor of Fine Arts (Sculpture), Curtin University
Comprehensive foundation in sculptural practice including stone carving, bronze casting, installation art, and art theory.
Three-year undergraduate programme at Curtin University's School of Art, Perth. Studies included stone carving, bronze casting, clay modelling, installation art, art history, and critical theory. Graduated with First Class Honours. Final year exhibition featured five stone sculptures exploring the Australian landscape.
Florence Academy of Art
Intensive Stone Carving Programme
Two-year intensive programme in classical stone carving and figurative sculpture. Studied anatomical drawing, clay modelling from life, and traditional Italian stone carving techniques under master carver Roberto Bianchi. Completed a life-size marble torso as the final project, awarded the Academy's annual merit prize.
